The one thing that you cannot get out of the picture is audio of whether or not he is starting to blow his whistle. Things are moving so fast, and generally the sound of a whistle will even come before movement of the official. Its all fractions of a second.

well I was juding by the replay and the time, not ness. the picture. when watching a replay with that pic in mind, it looked like he made the call right after the picture was snapped, in real time that is.
